phdraem retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and regulation. The following retention principles apply:

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your registered account with phdraem, and for a minimum period of five (5) years after account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AMLA obligations.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the AMLA and PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling operators.
